1. Booking Agreement

By booking any tour package, flight, hotel, or travel service with SAH TRAVELS through shahs.co.in, phone, or in-person at our office, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

• A advance deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required at the time of tour confirmation.
• The balance payment must be cleared prior to commencement of the journey or as specified in your booking voucher.
• Flight tickets and train reservations must be paid in full upfront.

3. Documentation & Passports

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring valid identity documents (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport with minimum 6 months validity for international travel, Visas, COVID/Health certificates if required). SAH TRAVELS is not liable for travel refusal by border/immigration authorities.

4. Price Fluctuations

Package prices are calculated based on current airfares, hotel rates, and government taxes. We reserve the right to amend prices prior to final booking confirmation due to unexpected fuel surcharges, tax increases, or currency fluctuations.

Flight and Train cancellations are subject strictly to the respective airline or Indian Railways (IRCTC) cancellation rules, plus a nominal service fee of ₹200 per passenger charged by SAH TRAVELS.

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment mode or bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days after written cancellation confirmation is received at info@shahs.co.in.
